BY ENTERING INTO THIS COMPETITION YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Cat Lovers Festival Sydney Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: MPM Products Pty Ltd (Applaws Australia), ABN 60 709 085 591.

Promotion: Win a Cat Scratcher (RRP $100).

Promotion Period: Entries open at the commencement of the Cat Lovers Festival Sydney and close at 11:59pm AEST on 23 August 2026.

Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of MPM Products Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

  • Visit the Applaws stand at Cat Lovers Festival Sydney during the promotion period.
  • Scan your Cat Lovers Festival entry pass/app at the stand.
  • One scan equals one entry.
  • Multiple entries are not permitted.

Prize:

  • 1 x Cat Scratcher valued at AUD $100 RRP.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  • The draw will take place on 26 August 2026.
  • The winner will be contacted using the details associated with their Cat Lovers Festival registration.

Prize Claim:

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Privacy:

  • By entering, participants consent to MPM Products Pty Ltd collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy obligations under applicable Australian privacy laws.

General:

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

Winner Notification:The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on Applaws Australia’s social media channels.
