Promoter
The promoter is MPM Products, Suite 1604, 213 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.
Promotional Period
The competition opens on 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must:
Visit the“Review Us” link in the @applawsanz Instagram bio during the Promotional Period; and
Submit a genuine review of their experience with Applaws through the linked review page.
Review Requirements
Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine opinion and experience. Entrants are not required to leave a positive review to enter or win. Reviews must not contain false, misleading, offensive, defamatory or unlawful content.
Entry Conditions
There is no separate entry fee to enter the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Prize
One winner will receive one $50 Woolworths Gift Card. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details available through their competition entry. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility.
Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the timeframe communicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may select another eligible winner, subject to applicable laws.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition and handled in accordance with the Applaws Privacy Policy.
Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
