BY ENTERING INTO THIS COMPETITION YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Applaws International Cat Day Giveaway

Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16 August 2026.

Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Like the promotional Instagram post.
  • Submit a genuine review of an Applaws product via the review link provided in the Applaws Instagram bio.

All entry requirements must be completed during the Promotion Period for an entry to be valid.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the Cat Lovers Festival Sydney.
  • One (1) Applaws Goodie Bag valued at approximately $300 RRP.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random on 17 August 2026
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Review Requirements

  • Reviews must be based on genuine experiences with Applaws products.
  • Participants will not receive any advantage based on the content or rating of their review.
  • Positive and negative reviews are equally eligible, provided they meet the entry requirements.

General

  • By entering, participants agree that their review content may be used by Applaws in future marketing and promotional materials.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to the promotion.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This giveaway is being run in celebration of International Cat Day (8 August) and Applaws’ attendance at the Cat Lovers Festival Sydney (22-23 August).
